With the Database Manager user interface, you can set up a new DB in seconds - just fill in its name and that's all. You will notice a list of all your DBs and their corresponding sizes. You will be able to change passwords, to create database backups and to even log in to the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin database management tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is very essential to make periodic backups of your databases to secure your web site content and to avoid any accidental loss of data. With the Database Manager user interface, creating a database backup is very easy. Just press the Backup button next to the database you wish to back up and you will be momentarily taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created backup file.
