Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you full command over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply select the mail account you would like to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else.
